IDRIKA is available in two versions
- Fibre-reinforced vibrated concrete
Made with fibre-reinforced vibrated concrete manufactured with CE-merked materials with compression strength class C45/55 - C50/60. - Self-compacting Concrete SCC
Made of Self-compacting Concrete (SCC) with compression strength class C45/55 C50/60 -C60/75.
Compliant with the UNI EN 206-1 standards for exposure class XC4 (resistance against carbonatation-induced corrosion), XS3-XD3 (resistance against chloride-induced corrosion, also from marine origin), XF3 (resistance against frost/thaw cycles with or without de-icing salts), XA3 (chemically aggressive environment), sulphate attack resistance of high-performance concrete (HPC). Compliant with UNI 9156 standard, classified as "sulphate attack resistance of high-performance concrete", internal improved-adhesion steel reinforcements checked in our plant and electro-welded square mesh B450C.
To produce IDRIKA, GREESMIX5® steel fibres (Patent No. 0001421398 issued by the Italian Ministry for Economic Development) are also used. It is a patent-protected system owned by Edil Impianti 2.
For the positioning is provided on request the rental of lifting kit mod.DEHA class 10 composed of n.4 handling handles with CE marking MD 2006/42/ FC.

Supply specifications
Supply and installation of a Precast Underground Firefighting Water Tank/Water Reserve compliant with UNI 12845, manufactured as a DECLARED SERIES, code VASCANT_INT12845, with walls of __ cm thickness and a base of __ cm thickness. It is produced by EDIL IMPIANTI 2 S.r.l. with a UNI EN ISO 9001 and ISO 45001 management system, made of monoblock Vibrated Reinforced Concrete, reinforced with vertical pillars and horizontal stainless steel braces. It features an Elastocolor protective anti-cracking elastomeric paint on the external concrete walls, which has high permanent elasticity and high chemical resistance. The concrete is of compression resistance class C45/55 (RCK >55 N/mm²), and the internal reinforcements are made of steel with improved adhesion, controlled at the factory, and a B450C-type square-mesh electro-welded wire fabric. It is also supplied with CHEMICAL RESISTANCE and REACTION TO FIRE (class: A1) certifications issued by an external body in accordance with UNI EN standards.

The Underground Firefighting Tank is supplied with:
- n.1 AISI 304 stainless steel sleeve, 2" diameter, for connecting the mains water replenishment pipe;
- n.2 sleeves for 110 mm diameter PVC pipes for the creation of the overflow drain and air vent pipes;
- n.1 walkable cover slab for heavy traffic;
- 60x60 cm light inspection slots.

Complete the supply:
- n°__ Cover plates IDRIKACOP____-25 carryable H=25 cm for loads of 1° category with inspection holes for cast iron covers (excluding cast iron);
- n°__ kit Accessories IDRIKA-ACC___ necessary for the assembly and finishing of IDRIKA prefabricated elements, including: steel joint system complete with fastening hardware; elastomer joint for sealing elements; Mapei Mapefoam foam for filling the junction point; Mapei Mapegrout for finishing and sealing recesses handling hooks and joining elements; Mapei Mapeflex for finishing and protection of the junction elastomer.
